About Us

Thank you for taking a few moments to get to know a little about us! My name is Tammy Yow-Russell Aifd Cfd NCCPF, and I am the owner and lead designer of Russell Meadows! I have enjoyed over 30 years as a professional designer and have worked in many areas of the floral industry during my career! Russell Meadows is not only the name of my Freelance Design business, but also the name of our Mini farm where I reside with my husband Damion and daughter Rheydyn!

The Floral Studio

We are in the process of transforming my private studio into a space for visitors to shop and pick up orders! When we decided to begin the transition into growing more of our botanicals, it was time to create a retail space and designated area to host upcoming classes and workshops. We have a fully functional walk-in cooler to keep our cut flowers and floral designs fresh! The studio is in the final stages of renovations that we hope to have completed very soon! Although it is a fairly compact space, there is a design/work space and showroom area to display items for sale.

Since 2010, we have offered professional floral designs and services for all occasions and special events, as well as providing custom items for home and office decor!  Over the years, we have focused on our efforts to include growing a variety of products such as flowers, foliages, herbs, grasses and succulents! We also collect many natural materials used in my designs to create a unique element specific to Russell Meadows! We specialize in utilizing unusual items and design techniques to create original and quality products for our clients!

In 2018, I began a rebranding process to really encompass my love and passion for the art of floral design! I work from my private studio and meet with clients via phone, email, video conference or in person by appointment! I recently began the process of developing a few new product lines! Most exciting is the creation of Rheydyn's Naturals! Together with my very talented daughter, we are designing a line of beautiful Nature gifts for kids! Education is so important and sharing a love for our natural world with children is truly a dream come true! In the future, we also plan to offer instructional videos for children and adults as well as on site classes! A listing and photos of our products and upcoming events will soon be available to view and purchase on our website, facebook page, Local Harvest page, Instagram and online store! We look forward to sharing all of the exciting updates soon!

Welcome to Russell Meadows Floral & Nature Farm!

Our Farm 

Here at Russell Meadows, we enjoy the everyday antics of our herd of Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats, mini pot-bellied pigs, chickens, ducks, guineas, cats, and dogs! We are helped on the farm by our 2 beautiful Great Pyrenees - Kya Rose and Lynae Rin! All of our animals play a vital role here. The goats produce offspring to sell, milk to make goat's milk soap, maintain the pastures to reduce mowing, and produce fertilizer for the compost pile to later be used in the gardens!

Our 2 mini pigs - Grace and Star, are wonderful stress relievers! They enjoy belly rubs and a variety of snacks, including leftover or discarded produce and veggies! Our menagerie of chickens and ducks produce beautifully colored eggs and help with insect control!

They, too provide additional fertilizer for the compost pile! The guineas help with security! They alert and sound the alarm when predators are near so the dogs can protect the herd and flocks! All of our beautiful birds produce a lovely variety of feathers during molting season, which we gather, sterilize and incorporate into various craft projects!

All of our animals are pets and enjoy a leisurely life! The in-house pets are our 2 cats - Autumn Joy and Peek-a-boo Jade and our little Lowchen dog - Jessie. They are all wonderful companions and bring much joy and laughter to the household!
